FOGMAKER INTRODUCES NEW NOZZLE
In order to meet today’s demands Fogmaker continuous is looking for improvements to decrease costs. Therefore we have developed a new nozzle system.
This new nozzle has several advantages in comparison with the “old” nozzle.
- The new nozzle has a decreased dimension.
- Number of couplings will decrease.
- The new nozzle is missing the thread which prevents thread caulking; Nozzle tightens with the cone and is fastened with a nut thread.
- The new nozzle is mounted directly in the coupling that is connected to the piping system.
- Installation time decreases.
- Improved filtration and improved filth protection.
- The new nozzle has the exact same vortex in comparison with the old nozzle and the same
characteristics to disintegrate water into 0,050 mm drops of watermist.
The old couplings with a ¼” thread are being replaced with the couplings 7, 8 and 9 which will cover the entire demand for piping joints and nozzle connections.
The old nozzle will expire from our assortment, however it will be possible to convert the new nozzle to a spare part, see the attacked drawing.
In order to mount and implement our new developed nozzle you do not have to make signify design modifications.
